This is a great question. There are usually 2 conditions in this situation. 1. It is a employee of the business and they didn't know of the discount being offered. 2. The business owner is just not being honest. Each business owner signed a contract stating they would honor thier commitment and if they don't, we consider that dishonest. We highly recommend that you go to thier profile page and leave a review warning the other card holders of this business. Warn the others of this poor behavior. But, you have to leave a review for the system to work effectively. On the other hand, if you went to a business and had a great experience, please leave a nice review also;) |

No! You can offer 50% now, or 20% tomorrow or change it by seasons, it is completely under your control. You can change it anytime you want by simply going into the partner login with your personal login information. Login instructions are in FAQ also. Just remember to change it so that the users get the correct information for the day.
The logic behind this discount directory is that it is for people looking for a good deal but doesn't have the time to go walk across town to find it and also for business owners who are paying thousands of Euros for advertising fees but getting no customer response.

Go to our home page:
1. Select "Partner Login"
2. Put in the login information that was emailed to your contact email when you first joined.
3. You will see your business in there. Choose "Edit"
4. Change what you want to change and select update for each step until it is done.
It is that simple. It will usually take you less than 1 minute to make any updates. |

For Businesses: How do I advertise on the top of the search page like other directories and search engines? Basically, do I pay more for top listing? |

Never! You will never have to pay more to get top listing. For example: lets say you are a hairdresser or a bar and there are other hairdressers and bars in your town. If someone has a higher listing then you it is ONLY because they have a higher discount offer than you right now. Lets say you have a 7% discount and the other business has 10% discount. The other business will have a higher listing on the page than you. For you to get a higher position, go to the Partner Login area, login, and change your discount from 7% to 11% and you will have a higher listing on the page. This has worked out very well for people who have certain days, weeks, months or seasons that are slow in results so they can use this opportunity to attract some much needed customers. So, to get a higher listing, offer a higher discount!! |
